Meet the panel: Liam Cotter
Next up on the panel for The State of It: Hospitality Special - Liam Cotter, co-founder and owner of VOYA, the award winning Brighton bar and restaurant.
In addition to VOYA, Liam is a drinks expert and hospitality consultant with nearly two decades of experience at the forefront of London’s cocktail scene, having played a key role in programming and developing operations for some of the city’s most respected bars and restaurants - building a reputation in drink design, menu development and styling.
Outside the bar (but clearly adjacent) he’s a record collector and DJ with a thing for acoustics and sound-system design, alongside a background in photography and graphic design. Drinks, sound and visual culture - all part of the same experience to him.
